Lindsey Nicole Fletcher 
Lindsey is the daughter of Bro. Bobby and Janice Fletcher. She has two big sisters, Amy and Kristen. She also has one big brother, Mark. Lindsey has 14 nieces and nephews.
Lindsey is 19 years old. She was born with a disabling birth defect called Spina Bifida. Lindsey has undergone 37 major surgeries in her 19 years and countless other medical procedures, but she takes it all in stride like a real trooper. She has many medical complications that are associated with Spina Bifida and her doctors continue to be confounded and amazed by her.
Lindsey loves to talk on the phone with her friends, Ginger and Dorothy. She also talks on the phone with her brother, sisters, and grandparents. She has a remarkable ability to remember everyone's phone number and can dial them up like greased lightening, so her phone is busy most of the time!
Lindsey also enjoys going shopping, although because of health issues she doesn't get to go out very much. Adaptable as she is, she has discovered shopping "online" through E-Bay. Lindsey enjoys watching and listening to Gaither music videos and her favorite Christian recording artist is Ivan Parker (she may just be his biggest fan).
Needless to say, Lindsey is an inspiration to her family, friends, and to our whole church. Lindsey is also the inspiration for our new ministry to children with special needs and their families that we call "Shining Stars Ministry".
