"Shining Stars" is a ministry just for children with special needs such as Spina Bifida, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, etc. and their families.
Once a month, parents will able to bring their special needs children and their siblings to the church for a night out. The parents will be able to enjoy some time to themselves while their children are cared for by a caring staff of church volunteers, all absolutely free of charge.
Our church will also minister to the children while their parents enjoy a night out. The kids will have a great time with games and a lot of personal attention.
The church will provide equipment designed for children with special needs, as well as nurses on site.
| This ministry launch date is set for January 2008.
Saturday, January 2008 will mark the beginning of this ministry, then continuing every 2nd Saturday of each month.
