Bobby Fletcher - Pastor

Bro. Bobby and his wife Janice have been married for 35 years.
They have four children and 14 grandchildren. Bro. Bobby has been
in full-time ministry for 25 years. He has served three churches, all in Texas. He has been the pastor of First Baptist Church in Dorchester
for the past 17 years.

Albert Ellis - Minister of Music & Worship

Bro. Albert and his wife Karen have been married for 17 years.
They have two children, Sam and Emily. Albert has served at
First Baptist Church for the past 10 years.

Dylan Boatner - Minister to Students

Bro. Dylan is our newest minister, as the church called him
in March of 2008. First Baptist is thankful to the Lord for
sending Dylan here to serve.
